Sports Exchange Project
Project overview
In its Sports Exchange project, the Yokohama Children Sports Foundation offers opportunities to interact with members of the professional teams of the Yokohama Nettou Club, as well as with Olympians and Paralympians, and to get hands-on experiences of games of the Paralympic events for the purposes of encouraging children to take up sports, raising their awareness about sports and promoting their personal development.
Planned major events
- Exchanges with the professional teams of the Yokohama Nettou Club (Yokohama DeNA BayStars, Yokohama F-Marinos, Yokohama FC and Yokohama B-Corsairs planned to participate)
- Lessons given by members of the Yokohama Nettou Club professional teams
- Exchanges with elite athletes (Olympians) participating in World Triathlon Yokohama
- Exchanges with other Olympians and Paralympians
